heya, sorry if this has been answered before but i just wanted to check, if someone is set to read only mode, are they considered a billable user?

we want someone to be able to add payment info for graphite but they're not a developer and wouldn't use graphite other than to setup billing, is that possible?

hey Ally, I believe read-only users are still counted as members of the organization. You could invite the user so they can set up the billing and then remove them from organization.

If there's any issues with your billing you can reach out to `billing@graphite.dev` for us to update/adjust


ah ok i see. i imagine that everyone in the same org has to have the same tier? (i.e. she can't be on free "Hobby" tier or something?)
