Can I trigger my CI/GA workflow for a given PR from the command line (without using "dummy" commits")? I can do this using "gh workflow...", but then the CI run doesn't appear as a check "linked" to my PR in Graphite.

Thanks Gary! Do you think this is an “honest” request to ask for? We use techniques to block automatic ci trigger until we consider our code is ready for it. In this scenario, it would be very helpful for us having a means to manually trigger a ci workflow execution. As said, we want to avoid dummy commits to accomplish the same, as they somehow polute our git history.
