When I see the error

Graphic couldn't merget his PR because it was not satisfying all requirements

- is there a place I can see what those requirements are?

When we encounter this, we will leave the PR in the state the error was hit and the failing requirement should show up on the PR. We would like to improve this error message to provide a more details about what exactly is blocking. The big challenge here is that we determine if there are missing requirement based on the github API right now and github doesn't actually tell us what is blocking, just that the PR is blocked, which makes it challenging to ensure we line up with github. Can you DM me the PR where you hit this and I can take a look at what is going on?
