Hey, I'll be presenting Graphite to my company on Monday and I'd love to get some more info about the Slack integration. I'm testing it by myself on a private repo and on a private Slack and I'm getting DMed by the bot, as it's supposed to be, but I'm wondering about a larger use case: 1. How does it exactly work when connected to a Github org? 2. Does an admin specify a channel for all Graphite notifications or does each member gets notified on Slack in their DMs? If it's the latter, how does it link a user on Slack to a Github user or does a user have to set it up in the Graphite settings? 3. Does each user can tweak their own notifications settings?

For #1, not entirely sure what you mean here. Notifications are enabled on a per-person basis, so there's nothing to be done at the org-level. As for #2, Graphite notifications are limited to a DM between you and the Graphite bot. You can set all of this up/sync the bot to your Slack workspace in the notifications page settings! And yes to #3 - each person can configure what events they do/do not want to be notified for.
