That's not at all a Gradle problem though. Some android thing is trying to read the keystore in the mentioned place and isn't able to for whatever reason. I recommend asking in some Android community. Or maybe you configure this keystore somewhere and did it wrongly, wrong path, wrong alias, wrong password, ...
