What should happen if you manually trigger `taskB`?
Should it (or is it ok if it) also run `taskA`?

If so, make `taskA` finalized by `taskB` and at the same time `taskB` depends on `taskA`.

oh, so the dependsOn will prevent taskB from running if taskA fails?

Besides that any explicit `dependsOn` are a code smell of course

So better somehow wire the `taskA` output to the `taskB` input to get the `dependsOn` implicitly :slightly_smiling_face:

Unless there is really no such connection, but then this logical dependency seems fishy anyway. :smile:

The use case is fishy already. We have a bunch of stuff that needs to happen in our git repository after the deploy task.
