In New Jersey there is a penalty for not having health insurance, what do people on United Refuah healthshare do?

right, thats why they took over the other healthshare. so theirs is considered old enough

Anyone can file taxes however they want, if you dont get audited there's no real way to know you did it right. That being said I've filed my taxes like this for the last 5-6 years so I sure hope it's not an issue
