My work offers a healthcare FSA which I elected to use starting September, used a good amount already. My husband’s company is being bought and all the insurance plans are pretty bad except the HSA one… is there a way for me to enroll us in the HSA one and somehow get out of my FSA?

I don't think so but you can still take out of your FSA after you switch for any of the medical expenses you can find during that coverage period. Search through Amazon and CVS purchase trying to find enough reimburseable expenses to drain that FSA

But like let’s say I don't care to lose the FSA, is that even possible?

You just need to prerate the HSA, the FSA you can still utilize the full benefit of.
