    @User whatever happened to
    cy.http
    ?

    Was there a last-minute switch to
    cy.intercept
    or something?

    @User yeah,
    cy.route2
    was renamed to
    cy.intercept
    in 6.0.0, there is no
    cy.http
    command in any released version

    the idea is to try and keep all the top-level Cypress commands as verbs. plus it rolls off the tongue better than "h-t-t-p"

    Hey, I hope it's okay to ask for a bit of a status update here. The single domain issue (probably the biggest issue from a user perspective: https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/issues/944) has been around now for 3 years and also the reason for people to not use Cypress as it's not fully e2e for a lot of people. Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think there's been a lot of communication from the team around this issue. Is there some feedback we could get on it from the team?

    It’s actually marked as WIP in current roadmap, so it seems there’s some movement already πŸ™‚ https://docs.cypress.io/guides/references/roadmap.html

    Ah excellent! Wouldn't be a bad idea to communicate this back to the community I think πŸ˜‰

    @User we're hesitant to provide a lot of time frames... especially about that story. It's a really hard one that requires significant re-architecture and so we don't wanna disappoint

    I understand and respect that. I've replied to the thread that it's being worked on though πŸ˜‰

    Hi all! Huge fan of Cypress - thanks for making testing so much easier! I was on the https://chromium.cypress.io/ website and there is currently an issue where it isn't able to fetch data from https://chromium-downloads.herokuapp.com/ due to a 503 error on the heroku app. I'm assuming this is still meant to be working? If it helps, I can create an issue in github?

    Hi folks, it looks like we are going to start using the Xray test management Jira app at work. The integration with cypress looks fairly straightforward, but curious if anybody has any experiences to share with this kind of thing?

    We are exploring whether Xray will be useful for our QA team to manage their process, and how Cypress might fit into that - especially with the new component tests, it actually might work pretty well at the ticket level, depending on the kind of ticket. QA team works across all the other teams, mobile etc, so it will be more than just cypress in the mix. But I'd never heard of Xray till today, so just wondered if here anybody had used, any gotchas etc. It's fine if nobody else has, either

    There are integrations with tools in the works. As far as integrating with tools in general you should be able to create a Cypress plugin or use Events to send an API request to Xray with the test results.
