Hey everyone! How would you showcase you are a fit for a Content Lead, Editorial lead, or Content strategist position? What skills and achievements should I put in front of the recruiter and or hiring manager?

Demonstrate your thought process for the content strategy and how it was executed. Think about: How did you determine the problem/what problem does the strategy aim to solve, reasoning for proposing X strategy, outcomes and measures of strategy, how well it performed

In your resume or CV, stick with the X,y,z (I did x, via y, that lead to z) formula or RAC method (result, action, context) I would say putting those projects plans or assets in a portfolio you can showcase/illustrate how you bring those strategies to life
