SHARE_POINT_LIST_FILES_IN_FOLDER can list the same folder/files successfully.
But SHARE_POINT_DOWNLOAD_FILE_BY_SERVER_RELATIVE_URL returns HTTP 404 (SPException “file does not exist”) for those exact files, even when we use the server-relative URL (starting with /sites/.../…) and literal spaces (no %20).
Tenant: https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com
Site: /sites/<siteName>
Library: Shared Documents
Example file URL opens in browser:
https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com/sites/<siteName>/Shared Documents/<file>.pdf
Download call fails for server-relative:
/sites//Shared Documents/.pdf → 404
Questions
1) Does `DOWNLOAD_FILE_BY_SERVER_RELATIVE_URL? require a specific site/web context beyond tenant subdomain (could search/list be scoped differently than download)?
2) Can permissions be masked as 404 for download even when search/list works? Which exact scopes are required?
3) Is there an alternative download action (e.g., by DriveItemId/UniqueId/DocId) instead of server-relative URL?
Thank you!Abhishek
