ahhh, that's a really good question. My guess is that it is one of 3 things: 1. They have community features built into their product 2. They host their website on a platform that has community features built in 3. They've set up a community product and enabled some sort of single sign on between their product and the community product You should ask Nisha that in the event later today @Hannah Rafter
