    Man CF's workers/Dobjects and pages seem like a match made in heaven for my upcoming SPA all-in-one wonder, guess I should apply to the appropriate betas

    About Workers?

    well considering the discord server we're in, I'd assume so - unless there's something else that might be relevant like a graphql sorta thing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Not that I am aware, though 🙂 A GraphQL beta of something would be so great!

    Or some official love for @User's version with some great docs and examples. You can make it work, but for new users...

    gotta give AWS/Azure a run for their money... time to crash early and read some CF docs when I wake up 👀

    Question: Is it possible to deploy the same worker to multiple zones? or would I need to make separate deployments?

    you can use the same worker for multiple domains in the same account

    I understand, but do I have to deploy multiple times?
  • a

    no, if you add the worker to all the routes then deploying once should update it on all of them

    right, but what if they are on multiple domains? it looks like
    zone_id
    only accepts a single value?

    I'm not sure about wrangler; I just use the web editor and clicking save automatically deploys to all routes the worker is on

    I think Wrangler requires the zone ID to be specified @User

    I could be wrong though

    01/10/2021, 3:27 AM
    you'll want to specify multiple environments

    there is a
    routes
    field to substitute for
    route
    but that's constrained to a single zone

    01/10/2021, 3:37 AM
    ah ok, thanks. so that means multiple deploys right (one for each environment/zone)?
  • k

    01/10/2021, 3:54 AM
    yep! you could script w/ npm and do like
    npm run publish
    ->
    wrangler publish -e zone1 && wrangler publish -e zone2
