    Probably, depending on CPU time. You could get a 
    Uint8Array
    representation of the image to manipulate its raw data like that. There's probably an npm package to help.

    There's a couple of built-in options with the Image Resizing product (which can be used from within a Worker). But it's just to either strip or keep EXIF metadata. If you wanted to manipulate it in some other way, you'd have to roll your own. But as @GONK says, I'm pretty sure that would be possible.
