Whenever you make a worker, an SSL certificate has to be provisioned for it. Bots will scrape the URLs of certificates and send scammy requests like that

The only real way to avoid it is to disable the workers.dev domain and use one that fits in the wildcard of another certificate

Trick: create a wildcard route. Most scanners don't seem to handle those lol

I feel you could 100% waste their resources or an autoreporting functionality to DO or Vultr capturing scanning logs and ips

If the request goes to another site on cloudflare - it'll always have the same requesting IP - if it goes to an external site, it'll have the IP of the visitor requesting it

Just means the client disconnected before a response was returned

Workers do execute before your origin, and also before cache

thx, sorry my question is how to set it up. I have my worker on worker.mdomain.com currently, and its working well. When I try to put it on mydomain.com (no subdomain) cloudflare refuses and says a DNS record already exists... (Yes I have setup DNS records to make my website work). so if I delete them to enable the worker, will my website break?

Sounds like you are using Worker Custom Domains rather then HTTP Routes?
