We're using 5.4.4+38 and I keep getting "535 Authentication Credentials Invalid" which seems pretty obvious but I've regenerated those creds 3 times and I'm starting to think it's not me! I've updated Java just to be sure but I can't seem to login

03/22/2024, 8:50 PMInteresting development: If you add it first through the server.cfm, it verifies. Then I delete it and add it through the web.cfm and it verifies! I'm going to file a bug.

03/23/2024, 1:22 PMI assume you mean setting it up as a Mail Server Connection in the Lucee admin? We use SES but we don't bother with the mail server connection, we just use the cfmail attributes for server, user, password, port etc and have never had a problem connecting to my knowledge.

03/23/2024, 3:47 PMYeah, we do that for other projects but we inherited a large pack of legacy apps and have converted them over from ACF and just wanted to keep it simple without changing too much
