Just the way it should be in my opinion... and I live in Australia where Tacos - really aren't "a thing" like they are in Southern California / Texas.

that is so sad... Australia was always high on my list of places.  But lack of tacos knocks it down a few nachos.

just for the heck of it, who still remember CFers from Allaire days, here are a few, Steve Drucker (Wash DC), Sean Corfield (maybe Sean started cf with Macromedia that acquired Allaire), Nate Weiss (never heard of him again for at least 15 years)... Michael that ran House of Fusion (in NYC?)... as for myself, I'm no longer in the software space...

Am I reading it right that this only applies to linux systems and apache? Or do ACF and/or Lucee include it? I don't see it listed in the cf admin info page.

I don't believe ACF or Lucee uses it, but many open source applications depend on it so it is worth double checking if and which version might be installed. (That's why I posted it in here, and not cfml-general.)  I found that I had the older 1.1.1 release installed via brew, which is not affected.

reckon both engines use the ssl engines from java

so could be a Java issue rather than a CF issue directly?

My go to the the last few years has been a time traveler from the future. Specifically from tomorrow. So the clothes that I wear on Oct 31 are whatever I throw on on Nov 1. Usually jeans and a t-shirt.

I think if you're going to experiment with time travel, you should proceed cautiously like that. Jump ahead 100 years the first time and you might end up in a bad neighborhood or something. And if you were to invent a time machine today, would you still use a Delorean?

We're on the same wavelength. You gotta be cautious. My time machine uses an old Commodore 64 as the main power source.

Does anyone here use MAMP on Monterey? Have you had any luck creating a connector with CF2021? I can’t get past the codesign of the mod_jk.so ( I think…?! ). I’m getting ZERO log output from MAMP.
