When creating a Scheduling type of "Round Robin", I'm only able to add myself as an attendee, and don't have the option to add any other team members, is that intentional?

Hi. Two questions: 1. I have a team event type that requires confirmation. It seems like only the team member who originally created the event can confirm them. My expectation was that any team member could confirm it. Looking at the database, I see a userId is assigned to the booking, so maybe under the hood teams is more of a UI feature? 2. The licensing for self-hosting is unclear. When my trial is over, will I lose access to features likes teams, even though I am not using the cal.com SaaS/hosted service?

Can you set team specific availabiltiy for users?

Hello! I have a schedule that has availability monday - friday. When looking at a team event type that leverages this schedule, saturday and sunday are still clickable but it just says "All booked". Would it be possible to make those days not clickable?

Just created 2 accounts for testing the team-booking. We need the collective meeting function. Everything looks great. But when book event, just the team-owner get email notification and calendar-entry for the booked event. The second team user get no notification and no entry in the calendar. (Both caldav via Sogo) Is it a problem of the free pro test-version, or does always one teammeber get a entry for the booked event?

I have a teams question. Our consultants have two different options for purchase. I need each consultant to have an individual booking page. In order to do that, I had to make a new team for each individual and use multiple event types to add the consulting sessions. But the problem I am running into is the “Or Book A Team Member” button. It ends up going to that person’s personal booking page and takes a customer off of the products to purchase. Please see the video below. Hi, I started using Cal.com yesterday and already have 20 bookings for interviews with people in my organization. The meetings were created in Teams, however, there's no meeting link and you can't join the meeting from the calendar. Outlook sends me reminders, but that's it.

@Eva it looks like you're going to have to dial the individual to start the meeting or manually add the Teams link. What's your username? I can explore why the Teams link wasn't added.

• Is there any option to set a specific email reminder workflow for all members in the team? • Any possibility to see the availabilities of team members as an overview? E.g. we get a student requests for a specific time slot and want to assign it to one of our available teachers. Right now we need to check every single teacher's booking page for their availabilities.
