    Hi, I started using Cal.com yesterday and already have 20 bookings for interviews with people in my organization. The meetings were created in Teams, however, there's no meeting link and you can't join the meeting from the calendar. Outlook sends me reminders, but that's it.

    @Eva it looks like you're going to have to dial the individual to start the meeting or manually add the Teams link. What's your username? I can explore why the Teams link wasn't added.

    Hi, I have received calendar initiation with Cal.com. But it is not added it in google calendar and I can see "XXX still needs to confirm or reject the booking."

    HI everyone, what is the expected behaviour of teams? Does the user I invite to a specific team have the ability to change everything or almost everything in their platform?

    Hey folks 👋 Sorry for pining here during the holidays but I couldn't find any other relevant material online. I just signed up for the Cal.com team tier and added another member. Is there a way for me to setup the appearance of the team page? I need it to be in light mode all the time with my own accent colors. Right now it randomly switches between light mode and dark mode independent of the system theme.

    Hi there, I’m running into some issues. I set up a team of three. Unfortunately, when booking the same slot multiple times, only two members of the team get appointments, and one is left out. Can anyone help me out? Tried to explain the problem with some print-screens in the thread.

    It would be great to be able to see who's part of a team when you view the Team profile page (internal settings one, not the externally visible one). 🙏🏽

    • Is there any option to set a specific email reminder workflow for all members in the team? • Any possibility to see the availabilities of team members as an overview? E.g. we get a student requests for a specific time slot and want to assign it to one of our available teachers. Right now we need to check every single teacher's booking page for their availabilities.

    @zomars @Ali We would like to use team impersonation for our self-hosted calcom (version 2.4.1.) but I can't find the option "Impersonate" in the dropdown menu of the team member – see screenshot attached. In your current calcom version its available – see second screenshot. Is it only available with the recent version of calcom? Or how can i impersonate to team member's account with version 2.4.1.?

    Basically when i go to profile Email and change i get "Error updating settings". multiple browsers/computers/networks. I see a bunch of react errors in the browser even before that. account was created today.

    Hmm, someone just booked a team collective event and neither of us on the team received an email notification or had it added to our connected calendars? I've confirmed that it appears in upcoming bookings. We only found out because the person who booked it sent us an email to thank us for the booking

    I just tested a new booking-- this time it appeared on my calendar, but still not email confirmation. I did receive an email confirmation for deleting the event, however.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to setup a calendar that allows recurring events. I'd like each individual event to have a link for it to be rescheduled, but all events only have a link to the event series, which only allows cancelling all events at once. Any advice?

    Other question please, it is possible to have an event type that allow a user to say "I want to book 3 time slot at a time". Let's say we have an event type with 10 minutes duration. I want to book Mon. 5pm for 3 slots (meaning I want to book 5pm 5:10pm 5.20pm). it that possible please ? Or saying I want to book Mon 5pm but for 3 seats that implies the event will take 3x10minutes

    Hey Two questions re: Teams - I am using managed events and I have setup a webhook for all triggers but my webhook isn’t firing for any of them - did I get something wrong with the setup? Second question: I can’t use apps for managed events for team members?
