    I was searching questions re: availability, but I couldn’t find any about how/if Cal allows you to choose specific slots to send someone for a one-off meeting? (This is a “share availabilities” feature that apps like calendly, with their one-off meetings feature, Vimcal or Cron do fairly well.)

    Hey Team, I'm exploring Cal.com self hosting and wanted to establish something. I'd like to be able to create team scheduling links for interviews and send the generated link in an email to the interviewee. To do this, I'd need API access, but that seems like an enterprise feature? Webhooks are great, but they are only event based. I'm looking to create and initiate a scheduling session. Cheers! 😁

    Are the calendars view cached? https://cal.com/davidepollicino/mentorship-introduction?month=2023-01 I have nothing on my personal google calendar set (full available so), I updatd my available from 8am to 9am for a 20 or 40 minutes long call, and i don’t see the availability on cal.com

    also, seems bookings still go through even before a stripe payment is made, Im testing at the moment for someone who wanted to take deposits for a haircut, through the platform, but at the moment it still seems to get booked - then just redirected to Stripe to pay, but not really how it should function

    Hello, I have contacted Carina, but she seems to be away so idk when she will be able to respond but I am in kind of critical time sensitive timeline here so I will shoot my question here as well: We have a client who is about to use cal.com and needed to use Zapier to integrate with Klaviyo. We were able to set up cal.com and integrate Klaviyo via Zapier. I have created three metrics in Zapier so it matches the ones in cal.com and notifications appear in Klaviyo: - Booked Appointment - Cancelled Appointment - Reschedule Appointment However, I am not able to create one more metric - Started booking (=started checkout) - do you have any idea how we could set that one up? Do you have any experiences with that? That one particular metric is very important one. Let me know if you know more, thank you! Posted in #random

    Hi! How would I add EVENT DURATION variable within workflow emails? Now that we have the feature to allow people to select between available durations, I realize it's helpful for me to receive my reminder email with the event duration in the subject. Example: {Event_name} with {ATTENDEE} for {event_duration} starts in 1 hour (would be: Quick Sync with Milos for 15 minutes starts in 1 hour) I can of course just see the duration in my actual calendar, so if that variable isn't possible, I'll live 😄

    Hello, Question we are trying to schedule 24 recurring sessions on self hosted instance, there are times we end up with conflicts with calendar doing this? Is there a way for us to say check only first 4 and then allow it to schedule even if its conflicts? Looking at code in handleBooking we tried to add some logic that does things on checkForConflicts but found that even if we say only check first 4 it can still fail later in flow due to conflicts.

    We have a self-hosted instance and when our users schedule the Cal calendar invitations have the guest list is hidden. ("The full guest list has been hidden at the organizer's request"). We could not find a preference/control for this, and our hosts/workspace calendars are set up to show the guest list by default. Appreciate the help!

    Hello All we are wondering if we can use Cal.com as a booking services with out need to make all users use an external calendar? so on other words can we have our own calendrers for our user so we don't need to integrate to any calendar services API like google calendar? If that not possible can we use a hosted calendar instead of depend on external calendar? for example use fullcalendar. Thank you in advance.

    Can we have the option to add the remove/reschedule links in to the calendar event notes. Especially useful for users adding items to their calendar and keeping their email inbox clean

    I’ve just realised that repeating events added to a calendar don’t work, might only be Apple Calendar - would you prefer I made an GitHub issue? @zomars If I say; block off 4-7 in my calendar and select ‘Repeats every week’ on my calendar, this isn’t blocked off in the booking platform
