how do we use the API keys with a selfhosted instance, when I try connect from n8n it just says failed to connect, so i’m not sure which URL to use

Hello all, I'm a newer user and seeing an error that says "No available users" but it only says that after a certain date. I cannot find any documentation on this, nor are there any problems I can find with my availablility etc.

Honestly this is quite annoying. There's nothing on the calendar, these days show as available. If I book anything in the next 30ish days it works, anything beyond that does not. I don't see any settings anywhere to show when a user is available.

is it possible to customize events via URL parameters? e.g. say i have a 15 Min Meeting event type created and i want to invite John and make the UX feel custom… so i can take some base URL and do something like: https://schedule.josh.com/for/15-min?with=John_from_Cal and the page that shows up displays ‘15 Min with John from Cal’ as the title (and that parameterization is attached to the booking somewhere so i receive that additional context, as well)

in a marketing context, i think the customization could give a more personalized feel to the UX and make outreach emails feel less automated

Hi, I have a question regarding the AGPLv3 license, which allows other companies to fork modify and sell calcom as a SaaS (under the condition that the source is publicly available). the .env.example lists the terms as follows: https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/blob/main/.env.example#L14 - You can not repackage or sell the codebase what exactly does it not allow? selling the sourcecode and building the codebase? And what prevents someone from forking calcom and offering it as a "AWS Scheduling" service like what happened with Elasticsearch?

I’d like clarification on this too since AGPLv3 not only allows sale of software, it seems to actively promote it.

i think that wording may be wrong. its very old. i think it should refer to: not selling as closed source

hey all, i'm having some issues all of sudden where users deleting events in there calendar wont remove it in the cal booking page and also wont send the customer an email to say its cancelled.

anyone else having this, is it since an update, or perhaps something the user did wrong?

I have been trying to fix the error "command (apps/web) yarn run dev exited (137)" for the past hour. I believe this error may be occurring because

yarn dev

is using excessive memory. I have tried several methods to resolve the issue, but have not yet been successful. I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance you can provide to help me fix this error.

Hi team, I am having trouble understanding the way availability works. When I create my own availability let's say From monday to friday 9am to 5pm with america/detroit as timezone. Every time someone books an appointment I see 2 different timezones in the bookings section. The one used for the atendee, let's say that he booked with america/buenos_aires and the one from my general settings not the availability I selected. Also, when I receive an email about a new booking I can see my general timezone and not the one I selected for the availability.

Also noticed that the status of apps in Admin -> Settings -> Apps doesnt retain after deploying the repo again.

Also, can you add support for selfhosted to the Desktop App?
