Hi <@!492751562872193025> ! I have a custom field that doesn't seem to be getting added to the field registry. After following the docs for custom fields, when I boot up the rails console and run `Avo::App.fields` the field is not included.

I'm not seeing any upgrade guide or notes on the version so not sure where this is coming from :/

we pushed a change that allows users to change the scope for queries and added friendly_id to our dummy app. **only our dummy app** (for testing purposes)
