Confirming we have everything situated for all families for Friday? When I left last thursday there was a lot of confusion regarding trials that were said to have showed up thursday but were scheduled for friday but communications got mixed up? It looks like we reached out to all of those families on the trial board and put notes confirmed that they are indeed going to attend this friday as well. Thank you. Can we do last triple checking that we are all systems go here: • no other waitlists to reach out to • maybe a quick reminder text to those who came last thursday that we will see them on friday for the trial • reminder slack to teachers that this class will indeed occur for the first time this week • double checking that only two of the thursday people are coming on friday and no others are missed for us to reach out to Thank you

• We had 2 people on the wait list and Julie had already contacted them. One decline and is waiting for the weekend. The other has yet to respond. Will call her once we have the studio phone. • I have the last week Thursday people with a call back date of tomorrow to give them their reminders. • Ms. Tina is aware of the class starting this week, will also send a reminder tomorrow. • There are 3 people coming Friday for Tiny Tots, 2 are the Thursday people, and one prospective that was waiting. (the preme is actually a Thursday tiny tot)
