For Tatum email this isn't necessarily something that would need to be brought to me at this point in the conversation. It's sounding like there hasn't been full investigation done. Which class is she in? Tap/jazz combo friday right? Thats the one with rookies yes? Versus the one with the older dancers? Have we spoken to her teacher in regards to how that level is serving her level wise? First move would be to look into the roster of both tap/jazz classes and see if that's the issue. See if there is any sort of leveling issue identified by the teacher that would cause us to consider moving them up an age group before they are actually that age or if we need to instead reassure parent (teacher says level is great, a lot of ther students in this class are also tatum's age - Adela is in there right?). Didn't they have several scheduling issues? Did we check their notes to see if we even have an older class that would fit her schedule IF teacher does flag a leveling concern. We aren't yet to the step of asking for a special exception for moving up past age group yet without all of the other enrollment coordinator work being completed
