Can these just be added to the doc? I'm asking for list of people who came to a class and had an issue with their level (was not approved for the level and had to level down - was unhappy with class and asked to level up, etc. This isn't a comprehensive list as of now so please update doc with full list of people Saniya no we need to refund as the teacher already flagged this level as being an issue in August and we didn't move her. Please refund and update subscription. I asked us to check her enrollment ticket to see what notes were left after her level check day regarding level fit but haven't hear back on the results of that search. Regardless, we need to refund please I'm not going to truly know if you forgot anyone unfortunately because I'm not in the level checking process for the trial boards. That's why I'm asking for the list for an update. I only know that I've heard us telling more people the level isn't a good fit than was listed in the doc. Wasn't there someone that came to my leaps & turns 2 and had to move rooms part way through? Who's that person?

I also check your giant slack from early this year with all of the level checks and her name isnt on the list. • That was Dhyana and another student, neither enrolled in Leaps and Turns, they just didn't like the class type. I alerted the parents when it happened and why, and talked to them afterwards about the class and other options.
