@Caleb Warren - Order 43929 was refunded with the errors, on September 3, but they still have not received the refund yet. I calculated its only been 5 business days since the refund, including the banking holiday and to wait by the end of this week and text us if they haven't received it yet. Please lmk if there is anything else I should do or tell them.
