<!channel> Adding in to this, we do have multiple ballet teachers so we can always offer to let them try a different ballet class if their first instructor didn't mesh with their personality. They can also try one of our 8 other classes offered (jazz, tap, musical theatre, hip-hop, lyrical, tumbling, flexibility, rhythms & grooves, etc) and we should offer them a free trial in any of these classes until we find a good fit for them. We 10+ class styles and 7 different teachers, we absolutely have a class that's right for everyone and we should do everything we can to help them find the right fit in lieu of offering to just cancel the class. It's important to keep in mind that we are still rebuilding our student base post covid. Every student, every trial, every person that walks through that door is an opportunity to bring someone new into our dance family. Many of our classes are just on the border of having enough students to remain open this season. Many of our instructors depend on the hours and income we provide them to pay bills, provide for their families, etc. We have to do everything possible to keep their class enrollment high enough to stay open to avoid cutting their hours.
