    I am painting for the first time with speed paints so wanted to get a feel for them with the allies before deciding whether to use them for the heroes as well. Really pleased with the first results with the first couple of rats

    The baby giant rats took all evening, but with just a layer of speed paints and some basing they look table top ready. No work if arts like some here but I am quite happy on how they look on the table:

    I love them. The reat has very natural hair colour and tail plends nicely to it all. Player characters are excellent, nice touch adding the text there to the knight model scrolls.

    Though I'll be doing Armory swapping there I think. The twinblade is neat but I remember there was a warscythe which I loved even more

    Allies done. Still experimenting with speed paints and on how colourful to make the good guys. I opted for team blue 👗

    I am working with the army painter speed paints starter set (plus my normal paints) and the only red in there is a blood red and I didn't want my allies all dead immediately ;)
