You can create triggers on the `storage` schema just like on the `public` schema. You probably want to use `storage.objects` for events on files and `storage.buckets` for buckets.

Just a caution though, if you are wanting to trigger on file upload (new storage object inserted)...  Storage does a table insert, then attempts to store the file to s3, then if successful updates the object with file info.  If not successful it deletes the object.  So you have to deal with multiple events if trying to sync something to file upload.
