This is weird tho, hackathon submissions end at the end of the launch week, this doesn't seem fair 🤔

I don't think this will change, but nothing stopping you from continuing working on your project.

I will! I just find the dates of this hackathon bad. I don't think the rc version will be used, because we didn't have time to use it :/

Yeah I understand. This was a test of this new format this time around, we will discuss it after the hackathon is over and see what were the pros/cons of doing it this way. I will make sure to add this feedback as part of the cons of having it during launch week.

Can we update our submissions after we've submitted them and the period is over?

Just wait. The Hackathon just ended a few hours ago, give the jury some time to judge it. You can also take a look at the last Hackathon, the results were published about a week after the Hackathon ended https://supabase.com/blog/hackathon-winners
