you can see the whole structure in the file-tree. you don't have to dive into notes to see the sub structure

Hello everyone. I use Dendron on my Windows PC and I can scroll in the graph as intended. I also use Dendron on my macbook for work, but there I am unable to scroll in the graph. I cannot zoom in, nor can I zoom out. What is up with that?

there shouldn't be a difference btw dendron on pc vs mac. do you have different vscode versions or dendron versions in the two machines?

do you have a screen recording of scrolling on mac? does it also happen when you open a new workspace?

create a fresh workspace? I haven't tested it there yet. This issues has been happening to me for several days, only on mac. the mac has also restarted plenty of times. I do not have a screenrecording atm, it's my work macbook, I am back at it on monday. But I am unsure on how to represent that I am scrolling? I can say it's the current macOS version as well as the Apple Chip (not Intel)

tell me, does Dendron remember the list of Vaults accessed during previous sessions? How to make him "eat" a Vault opened on another computer to which he would never have access?

For whatever it's worth, I'm on a Macbook Pro with an M1 Pro chip, and I'm able to zoom, scroll, and select notes in the graph. I'm using VS Code version 1.70.1 and Dendron version 0.107.2 . It might not be an issue unique to your set-up, but I'm at least not seeing it on my Mac with the same chip.

Here's a screen recording of what I'm seeing on my Mac, which I made with the built-in screen recording tool called Screenshot ( https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/take-a-screenshot-or-screen-recording-mh26782/mac ).

I don't know what that little mostly-transparent "lock" icon does, and clicking on it doesn't seem to change the behavior. But maybe there's some way to "lock" / "pause" the graph, and you've managed to trigger it?

the lock is a new addition meant for notes, so they are pinned, while you change your edit view

it has nothing to do with the graph view. 🙂

Is it possible to refer to the variable from one note's frontmatter in another note?

Not particularly, just wondering if it's possible. If so, I was going to tinker around with it and see what things I could do with it, :).

I use Obsidian + Dendron together. There is the Dataview plugin which enable you to query notes based on meta data. That is one possible use case

hi. I do have a question. I was reading https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/issues/40 GitHub How to use dendron with current workspace · Issue #40 · dendronhq/d... Hello! I use a single workspace in vscode for all of my projects. How would I get dendron to work with that? Would have to add the dedron settings to settings.json? If so, what would it be? Thanks!

but could not find the current status about it. I have coding projects (using vscode workspaces) and would like to use dendron to keep a coding journal + manage tasks within the same workspace. Is this possible somehow?

Hi! Is there a way to edit notes from my Dendron workspace without closing my current (non-dendron) project?

I don't see the Delete Note operation anymore, and my custom Delete Note shortcut just throws "command 'dendron.deleteNode' not found". Did I miss a change to how Notes are deleted? 😐

yeah, we had a deprecation notice about this two versions ago. we had a bunch of questions around the naming
    delete node
    vs (
    delete note
) and decided to simply if to just
    delete

Hi everyone. I'm not really a Dendron user (although I've installed, uninstalled, and re-installed several times because I'm intrigued by the project and love that it's open-source...I just haven't been able to get into it) so please forgive me if my questions have been answered somewhere already.
