    I type
    this
, it shows the path, but I can't auto complete to add
    .excelent
    at the end

Hm. I don't think the same autocomplete that you would find within a markdown file is available in something like the Rename Note command.

    You could
    right click/rename
    on the file and add
    .excellent
    to the name (
    something.like.this.excellent.md
), but I don't think you can summon autocomplete to get
    .excellent

Is there a setting for showing the human readable datetime stamp in the Dendron frontmatter? I'm noticing that sometimes its present, sometimes not.

gotcha, I guess I can just create a note in there, and copy paste the contents

@User oh I see, you want to see autocomplete when Moving a Note...sorry I missed that. I'll have to experiment. I've never moved a note before

Does the excellent.md file exist before you want to move the other INTO it?

Interesting. I'm new to Dendron, so figuring out the commands myself... - It looks like Move Note command (https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/eea2b078-1acc-4071-a14e-18299fc28f47/#move-note) is only for moving notes to another vault - It looks like Rename Note is probably what you're looking for (https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/srajljj10V2dl19nCSFiC/#rename-note) - But there is a caveat
NOTE: Dendron will not allow you to rename a note to a note that already exists

Where is the best place in the file system to create your first Dendron Workspace? - /users/me? - /users/me/Documents? - /users/me/Project_Name? - Other?

    I'd recommend against making
    /users/me
a Dendron workspace. I like to have one primary workspace at
    /home/me/Dendron
, and then additional per-project workspaces under
    /home/me/projects/
as necessary (translate "home" to "users" for windows)

I don't use "documents" "pictures" etc at all, so if those matter to you, that might be something to take into consideration

Ok! Nice! Could you also create a Vault per -project too, not necessarily a Workspace?

    sure, you have that flexibility

what I have in mind is native workspaces for codebases

@User , when you say "workspaces for codebases", are you talking about a "Code Workspace" as defined in the [Wiki](https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/c6fd6bc4-7f75-4cbb-8f34-f7b99bfe2d50/#workspace)?
