There has been a few folks who use plantUML in the past. this was a standard feature in Markdown Preview Enhanced, but it isn't currently supported with our V2 preview. It is definitely something we can work on to add in the future. It would be great if you can open an issue for it so that we can track it in our backlog and also refer it to people in the future (and get 👍 so that we can prioritize if it's something that a lot of people want)

quick question: - when you use 'lookup' from root note.. does it give you 'root' filled in, or your child nodes of the root node? - I ask because earlier today, it was giving child nodes, and now I have root node filled in the lookup (unsure why behaviour changed over one day)

lookup fills the picker with the current active note's file name. So if you have your root note open and active, using lookup will fill the picker with

Does "defaultDailyJournalVault" work? It doesn't seem to be a valid part of dendron.yml, and other than https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/f83c1d87-eac0-48f3-a5cf-8a69989d8ec1.html the only reference I can find is from https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/pull/836

I've been searching and reading through this discord and I can see that a some people are successfully running their published sites on Netlify. I'm trying to do the same but my build keeps failing and I haven't been able to figure out if the problem is my Netlify build settings or my dendron.yml. I am able to successfully preview my site locally running

npx dendron buildSite v2 --stage dev --serve

. My GitHub repository is at the workspace level. In Netlify, my build command is

and my publish directory is

Yes, to provide default vault for Daily Journals we use dailyVault config. It is working as expected for creating daily journals. Although it does not work for Journal Note.

It seems like we lost the reactivity on checkboxes in Preview V2... Can anybody confirm?

is it possible to have two notes with the same name in two different vaults in the same workspace? And if not, what should one do? Prefix all notes with the first letter for their vault? Or I am misunderstanding something?

Ah, thanks but how? If I got to Lookup it finds an existing note and does not give me an option for a new one...

yes, that was a oneoff feature in preview enhanced that we haven't ported over to preview v2

is this in a workspace with multiple vaults? when you type the name of the note, you should have a "Create New" option

I can confirm, as soon as the title of the new note matches an existing one, the "Create new" disappears.

the code for checkboxes is quite delicate. we're focusing more on publishing and general preview stability which is why its in the backburner
