I think that's the default behavior for markdown. the parser looks at the bullets under the first numbered list and thinks the numbered list ends there. then it starts a new list.

I think it depends on how markdown is rendered, but usually at least one indentation would solve it.

I ran into this, it seems to be just because Microsoft's Web View, the component used to render html in Vscode doesn't support video. So preview can't handle this, but the served note should work. You may not have noticed that the preview of notes that look like they have video in them, only have a "still" from the video which, if clicked, plays the video in your preferred browser.
