I just noticed that the Pandoc Citer extension is no longer working in Dendron. I'm not sure when it stopped, but it certainly was still working a couple of weeks ago. Now typing

@User I am so impressed by your work on the graph view and the Calendar view. Thank you for considering and building my suggestions on the Graph view. The hierarchy connections, the link connections, the filters, and focusing on opened notes on the graph combined make it a beautiful flow experience for notetaking, reviewing, and organizing. I feel thankful to have these features, and to have Dendron as an all-in-one life, relationships, and study organizer. 🙏

hey, apologies for the late response. can you check if it works standalone without dendron? this is to diagnose if its an pandoc citer issue or a dendron issue

Actually @User you did respond in #766135383335370783 and the prolem was not Dendron related. It turns out that Pandoc Cite intermittently stops working but restarting VS Code completely resolves the issue.

It's exciting to see the Preview v2 make its debut. I know it's work in progress ao I'm not sure what should work at the moment and what should not, but I thought I'd mention that images are not being displayed for me.

Hm... that's expected to work (it's working for me right now). Is it all images entirely or just a few images?

Hi @User it's all images. I've tried reloading the window and even completely restarting VS Code. Below is a screenshot with a source file in the left pane, the v1 preview in the centre pane, and the v2 preview in the right pane.

I see - thanks for reporting, I thought it might be pngs but I tried that too and it's working.

I saw a bug already filed about the preview, could you include logs for this issue in that one?

thanks for the issue. images work in two context right now: - absolute url (https://...) - prefixed with a forward slash (/assets)

just tried the new Preview... I like it! one bug I noticed right away though, Markdown allows either 2 spaces at the end of a line or a single

to indicate a

<br/>

... I use

& have trailing spaces auto-stripped on save (like I do for code files)... anyway, the new preview doesn't recognize that as a line break, it just renders the

\

then adds a space for the newline in the file, and continues the next line of text

also [TOC] doesn't work... and there's no documentation on where to put custom style sheets (although I'm guessing it's because that feature isn't there yet)

speed so far is great... I have 1 note over 7000 lines & another over 8000 that both render in less than 5 seconds... built-in preview does it in about 2 seconds, but that's built-in so not really a fair comparison (and yeah, I know, those notes need to be broken down)

graph v2 zooms strangely for me. it initializes to zoom extends all but if i turn the mouse wheel once, it zooms out dramatically, with almost nothing visible and if i turn it back it zooms too close with only a couple of nodes visible. am i missing something? can we have some better zoom controls/commands? zoom all, zoom vault, zoom domain, zoom around mouse cursor, control over zoom increments or similar?

Looking at an old vault with Preview V2, it shows a "broken image" image icon for my .svg file, works in preview enhanced

Also, I'm not getting any table borders

Further, Preview V2 spun up local server, seems to persist, making changes in the markdown and re-issuing "Preview V2" just opens a web page on the old server.

I had to reload to get Preview V2 to get it to reflect changes I made to update some note references to the current format. Are previews cached?
