Dendron's note graph can show links in addition to parent-child relationships if you toggle on "Links" under "Connections", if that helps

Hey @User, looks like one of the SSL certificates is outdated. All the external links from the wiki that go through links.dendron.so are busted. I had to comb the source code on GitHub to find this Discord link

I gave up my laptop and just use an iPad now, which doesn’t let you bypass bad certificates

So TIL a workflow that I like, which is tagging questions I have in my notes with #question. , then hopefully I can go through my notes almost like a TODO making sure I’ve resolved them

I also realized that dendron kind of replaces the notion of tagging / back links in the meta data / frontmatter (what ppl commonly do in obsidian) by means of the hierarchy structure. So instead of randomly putting back links and eventually seeing some emergent MOC, to kind of see the MOC very clearly in the hierarchy. So really it is actually much less confusing at least for me. 🙂

Does the createMissingLinkedNotes command also create every tags that's linked from every other note?

Hmmm, weird. I've just run it several times and it reports "there are no missing links", yet I have a document open which definitely has tags which are not in my hierarchy... 🤔

I tried running it on just a single document also, same result, "There are no missing links!".

A few things to test would be: - Try running the "Dendron: Reload Index" command first - Delete any
    .dendron.cache.json
files in the workspace then reload If those fail, please send a bug report and I'll make sure to check it out! I remember it working because I specifically had tested that, but it's possible an update broke it.

Ah, clearing the cache files is a good idea, I haven't done that before. I'm used to reloading the index frequently.

Okay, just tried in VSCode as well, no dice. But oh wow, finally dendron runs at a reasonable speed, it feels snappy and responsive, amazing!

Ooooooooh, dendron is FAST! I had no idea, all this time I've been waiting waiting waiting. Wow, sorry VSCodium but it's time to say goodnight. This is game changing. I liked dendron before, but now... 🧡 🧡 🧡

Would it make sense to put a warning up about the VSCodium / git issues on mac? I hadn't heard of codium before finding dendron, so it was unfortunate timing that I thought dendron was the cause of the slowness.
