Can you explain how is it not working? If you have recipe viewer like JEI can check if the generator listed there?
Is it the Create drill?

no the gen just gives cobble

It shouldn't, I design the mod in a way that it wouldn't conflict with other mod...

Np, not sure what happened there, either you accidentally deleted the 
}
at the very end of the file or Windows 11's notepad decided to do some fancy stuff that broke it...
