Sorry but these answer is not clear to me. 🤷🏻‍♂️ what does it mean to be involved? Do i need to host and manage the infrastructure like Delivery Controller … or is it possible that a customer can manage infrastructure for it self with CSP License?

You are responsible for managing the license (placing/updating the license, reporting usage, etc). You are also the first line of support for the customer, customer cannot call Citrix support directly, they would engage you as the CSP and then you could escalate to Citrix if needed

You can sell the license, if all they want is the license and handle it all themselves. But keep in mind the customer can’t have access to the license at all, so you need to lock it down. That means access, backup, vm back and such, it’s a hassle.
