03/09/2023, 5:22 PMI did check windows search and windows search service is set to automatic and started, Windows search feature is installed on server manager and we have enable search roaming set (multi user search) set on the fslogix gpo this is windows 2016

03/09/2023, 6:14 PMI believe the feature is installed by default on 2016 and onwards.
If the search service was disabled when Office was installed you may need to repair/reinstall it.
