https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/workspace-environment-management/service/whats-new.html#february-2023. From what I can see in WEM service doc the latest release is February release and its feature requires latest WEM agent 2302.1.

@Chris Schrameyer probably you already found it but it can be downloaded from the cloud portal ( WEM -> Utilities ) . When Carl Stallhood mentioned it on twitter it was also not available on our portal .probably the release cycle of Citrix. Now it is available and includes the preview of adding applications from the WEM Web console ( if used from Citrix Cloud )
