02/24/2023, 8:10 PMUniversal is replacing hybrid rights - If you talk with your Rep, the plan from my understanding is that will just transition to universal. It did not go up in smoke.

02/24/2023, 8:13 PMAre you currently working with a Partner right now, if so, that would be your best course of action to have them work with Citrix on your behalf to address the situation. I can tell you we have multiple of these going on right now, and are sorting through them. The execution was quick and messaging was not as clear. If you aren't working with a partner right now would be happy to help out just dont' want to step on any existing toes/relationships there

02/24/2023, 8:14 PMWe were on the old Citrix Workspace Premium Plus with Hybrid rights. We're now on the DaaS premium, as we did not need some of the features that came with the old WPP. Even Citrix's page on licensing talks about hybrid rights still.

02/24/2023, 10:10 PMdoesn't sound like Citrix even has this set in stone yet. From what i'm gathering, citrix is removing any renewals for perpetual licenses and termed licenses, and you can't buy perp (since 2020)/term any more either....Citrix is also doing away with 'citrix daas' licensing. They are all combining everything into a 'universal' license with a couple editions.
