• The problem occurs in all 2203 LTSR, 2212 CR versions and in 1912 CU6 LTSR
• The problem does not occur in 1912 CU3 LTSR
• The UPS version on the print server does not matter
• The problem does not occur on any version if the printer drivers are installed on the VDA
