i've heard of a private one that recently is being looked at (asking a tech about it w/ a long running blue screen crash issue we're battling and waiting to hear back)

Any additional details? What model crashed?

i dont know much other than it had something to do w/ picadd. You should be able to ask Citrix about it w/ this: CVADHELP-21885 for my issue they are telling me its unrelated unfortunately even though picadd is what Microsoft tells us is the issue
