I wanted to get your feedback on an issue i've been having. I was working on a client site that has existing DDCs running windows 2012 R2 on CVAD 1912 CU5. I added two new Windows 2019 servers as delivery controllers to the site. I turned off the W2k12 Delivery controllers, and I could not see any of the servers vda in Citrix Studio. I closed out of studio and tried to re-open but it wouldn't. Have you ever seen this issue? I've done this process before and this has never happened to me. As a workaround I created a secondary zone and added the W2k12. I am concerned when i remove the Windows 2012 ddc servers nothing will work. I tried the following so far: Checked and confirmed all the citrix services are running on the W2k19 DDCs Checked DB server for new controller user accounts and confirmed the permissions are correct. Checked HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Xdservices\ConfigLoggingSiteSchema\DataStore\Connections Ran Get-ConfigDBConnection on all of the DDC and confirmed the output is the same. I am running process mon next....any suggestions on what else i can try?
