did they still have support when CU6 was released? If so, yes. If not, then i dont believe they are entitled to it.

It depends; what is the subscription advantage date on their licensing...if that's before CU6, then they can't. If it's after, then they can.

thats also assuming the latest license was added to reflect the latest sub advantage date
