@Dennis Parker cloud you please share elevation log under user profile?
a
I thought that I read that the elevation service only worked in desktop deployments.
d
@Jian Song I am out on Fridays, but there is no elevation log under the user profile. I do have as much logging as I could find to enable, enabled. @Alain Assaf That may be or have been the case. If someone can confirm or deny that'd be great. But there is an option that seems like it should apply to server OS, but it may not be functional or something in seamless windows or multi-session or something. Just looking to see what could be going on.

@Dennis Parker To have Priv elevation log, need to enable WEM agent debug log, enable the privilege elevation feature and logoff re-login the session. You will see the log in user profile folder.
like screenshot below. BTW, the pop-up window is related to self-elevation.

There is no PrivEngine log being created. I have debug logs enabled.

Ah, thanks. I will look at this when I have time. Prod issues at the moment.
Do you know what the key should be named to bypass the check from the link.
Citrix support just got back to me, right after hitting send of course: SkipInjectSignatureCheck is the DWORD value under "HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Norskale\Agent Host"
Finally had time to test this morning. This change did not help. There is still no PrivEngine log created.
Citrix support says to wait for 2303 on-prem coming soon. I have a work-around in place for my immediate need and will take this back up again with the new release when I can get it deployed.
