In that case you would do HTTP or SSL on the servicegroup (depends if you want the traffic encrypted backend or not). I think SSL_TCP is for when you want SSL acceleration for other TCP-based secure protcols (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-adc/current-release/ssl/how-to-articles/other-tcp-protocols.html)

If the protocol of the service is web related, always use a http or SSL protocol on the servicegroup/lb, as it gives you much more possibilities with the traffic.

Agree with Mads, do mind that your service group needs to be either http or ssl as well in that case!
