Same here. I have seen users having thousands of files and folders in their recycle bin, no need to roam that. If it's important it shouldn't be in the recycle bin in the first place :)

I always try to set the NukeOnDelete key in environments after getting burnt on one migration where users expected their recycle bin contents to be part of the data/profile migration. No contents = no data to migrate. Easy.
