In Windows computer management you can see who has a session and which files they have open. Just connect to the share from computer management and close all the sessions

If you have PSREmoting enabled you could write a few lines of powershell and close processes that way

Sorry for the late reply. As suggested we wrote a PowerShell script that runs on the Fileserver, which closes all open files for this specific share. It's a bit drastic, but works.
Too bad that Citrix feature is lost with current Citrix versions.
