Not sure of the best/proper place to put this because I don't know what piece is or was the issue.... Citrix VDA 2203 CU2 on Server 2019 NetScaler 12.1.65.21.nc Citrix core services (FAS, StoreFront, Deliver Controllers etc) 2203 CU2 Mac Ventura 13.1 with Workspace version 2301 (there may be other Mac versions and workspace versions, but that was the one I was testing with) All on-prem, no cloud connection at all. Several and possibly all Mac clients at a client site were unable to connect this morning. They worked fine yesterday and there were no changes to the environment. DNS resolved properly. Windows clients in the office worked fine. iPads in the Office worked fine. Monitoring Netstat on the Mac I was using for testing, I could see the connection being made on port 443 when the application was launched via StoreFront to the proper site NetScaler. I see the FAS certificate being requested by the StoreFront, but no additional requests for the FAS certificate from the VDA. I don't see any indication that the client was making a connection to the VDA at all. It has the feeling like it might be something up with the NetScaler, but I have no idea. There were no changes made anywhere, but suddenly the clients were able to work. Any one seen anything similar and have a clue what the cause could be? Thanks.
